Shipping policy

You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been placed. Pending availability and credit verification, you will receive a subsequent email with shipping details. Domestic orders placed between Monday and Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within two business days. International orders require some extra love and paperwork and ship within three business days. Onīrik is not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. Parcels cannot be rerouted once shipped. Onīrik is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged due to shipping.

For international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of the package and options will be calculated at check-out. 

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Onīrik is not responsible for payment of this duty.

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
