Return Policy

We are glad to issue a credit note, exchange, or refund for any full-price, unworn, unwashed merchandise with all original tags and packaging.  Please note that sale items, discounted items, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged!  You have 7 days within of receipt of your order to email orders@onirikthelabel.com to notify us of your wish to return your purchase. Once approved, you must return the product to us within 14 days.

Onīrik is not responsible for shipping costs or duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. All costs for return shipments and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. All sales are final after 7 days of receipt of purchase. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Onīrik holds the right to deny credit notes, exchanges or refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
